Welcome to the Tax Sale Resources' tax deed funding program where you can get pre-approved for access up to $7 million in additional capital to supercharge your tax sale investing.

You will need the following information to complete this application. If you do not have this information, please return and continue once you have it available.

✅ Copies of tax deeds or receipts from purchases within the last 12 months (up to 5)

✅ Copy of your latest bank statement

✅ Have at least $10K in current cash or tax deeds owned
